About BlueSprig - The Shape of Behavior
The Shape of Behavior (TSOB) was a Houston-based Applied Behavior Analysis provider founded in 2000 by Dr. Domonique Randall, operating 22 centers across Texas (19 locations), South Carolina, Oregon, and Washington by 2018. Blue Sprig Pediatrics acquired The Shape of Behavior in October 2018, folding it into the BlueSprig Autism brand. The original shapeofbehavior.com website is now defunct (parked default IIS server page); the brand operates today under bluesprigautism.com. In March 2021, The Shape of Behavior agreed to pay over $2.7 million to resolve DOJ/DoD allegations of false TRICARE claims, one of the largest such settlements in the district at the time — a legacy liability now associated with the KKR-backed BlueSprig parent entity.
