About BACB
The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1998 to meet professional credentialing needs identified by behavior analysts, governments, and consumers of behavior-analytic services. The BACB administers certification programs including the RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, and BCBA-D, oversees ethics and disciplinary processes, and establishes professional standards for the field of applied behavior analysis. It is the primary credentialing body for behavior analysts worldwide, with over 260,000 certified professionals.
