Had a generally good 6+ year experience but acknowledged management and administrative problems with multiple supervisors leaving. Pay is low at $15-17/hour with very few raises.

BCBAs are stretched too thin with high caseloads and very little support. Staff is severely underpaid due to client cancellations and low starting rates. Behavior Interventionists are not trained adequately.
