About Autism Foundation of Tennessee
Autism Foundation of Tennessee, operating as Autism Education & Therapy Center (Autism ETC), is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ABA therapy provider founded in 2007 by Karen Blake and her husband Steve in Nashville, Tennessee. The organization grew from 7 employees to five clinics across Tennessee and Arizona before being acquired by Behavioral Framework (backed by Renovus Capital Partners) in January 2026. Autism ETC is known for center-based ABA therapy, autism diagnostic services, early intervention, and school-like day programs. Its first Clarksville location opened in 2009 to serve military families near Fort Campbell.
