verified Verified Underpaid for the demands
Pay is awful and raises are even worse. My first raise was 15 cents and people who had been here longer got only 20 cents raise. Extremely limited PTO for a high-burnout role.
thumb_up Pros
- Meaningful work with children
- Supportive immediate team
thumb_down Cons
- Very low pay
- Minimal raises
- Limited PTO accrual
