Over a decade of ABA experience specializing in autism and developmental disabilities for ages 2–21. Expertise includes AAC device management, social skills interventions, and crisis management. Holds Professional Crisis Management Instructor certification. Leads both Colorado Springs and Melbourne, FL centers.

Joined Aspire in 2019. Earned RBT (2017) and BCBA credentials. Co-leads the candidacy program for training future ABA professionals. Master's in Psychology with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Joined Aspire April 2021. Advanced from trainer to Hiring and Training Coordinator (2022) to Center Manager and HR Director (2023). Focuses on building supportive teams and organizational growth.
