Have worked here for over 5 years and always felt supported. Positive co-workers and supervisors provide regular check-ins. Everyone has a sense of compassion and tries to be inclusive.

Great benefits but compensation could improve
The company offers benefits, raise opportunities, professional growth opportunities and you make your own schedule based on your availability. Progressive pay raises every 6 months help, but starting pay is on the lower end.

Flexible schedule with room to grow
When you're not in sessions, you mostly get to work from home at your own pace. There is mileage reimbursement which helps with gas expenses for those providing services in client homes. Lots of opportunity to learn more about ABA and room for advancement.

Good mission but pay is low for the work
There are lots of great people at this company but they have to deal with so much stress and inconsistency for very little pay. The company seems to be trying to get as many clients as possible which has affected worker morale.

Management issues at some locations
At the Avondale location, management is very unprofessional with a lot of drama and favoritism between staff members. Only one individual's voice matters with no room for disagreement or healthy dissent.

Incredibly supportive company
The company is incredibly supportive to their employees. Managers are understanding and friendly. Career advancement opportunities, paid training, benefits, and scheduled pay raises make this a great place to work.

Good company with compensation concerns
Good company to work for with solid benefits and management. Wages are on the lower end though, and the work involves late nights and lots of driving. Can be difficult separating work and home life.
