Great benefits but compensation could improve

Flexible schedule with room to grow

When you're not in sessions, you mostly get to work from home at your own pace. There is mileage reimbursement which helps with gas expenses for those providing services in client homes. Lots of opportunity to learn more about ABA and room for advancement.

Good mission but pay is low for the work
