Supervisors are nice and supportive

Leadership is the worst

Leadership doesn't care about people and only cares about numbers. Told different things during interviews versus actual experience. Company is inconsistent and shady towards RBTs.

Poor management, they don't respect your time

Poor management. Policies and procedures inconsistently applied depending on the employee. Very high attrition rate of both BCBAs and RBTs. Unsupportive company culture and inconsistent service delivery.

No lunch breaks and inflexible scheduling

Wish they had lunch breaks as some days can be super long. Management expects flexibility to fit client schedules but is not flexible with employees' schedules. Schedule changes sometimes with no notice.

Hard to find consistent hours

With any RBT position it would be hard to find consistent hours because the schedule is always changing and clients are cancelling. They do make efforts to replace the hours you did lose. Typically you can get between 25-35hrs per week.

Emotionally manipulated when calling out sick
