Pay is great and flexible hours
Pay is great. Flexible hours depending on the family. My supervisor was amazing and worked with me and all the struggles I had.

Management communication issues
Management is absolutely terrible, they are very shady and passive when it comes to their employees. The communication between caregivers and supervisors was hard.

Little to no direction when training. Make you pay for your training. Low pay, lack of support as employee, no appreciation. Lack of PTO hours.
