About Arc of the Ozarks
The Arc of the Ozarks is a nonprofit organization founded in 1964 dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a $57 million annual operating budget and over 500 employees, the organization provides a comprehensive range of services including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), residential and community living support, employment services, behavioral health, therapeutic services, and autism-specific programming through the Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center. ABA services use behavior science to support individuals of all ages in clinic, school, and in-home settings, with an emphasis on caregiver training.
