High turnover and burnout
Lack of supervision in training. Cliquey atmosphere. High turnover rate and high burnout rate. They use pizza parties as a bribe to try to keep staff due to the turnover at this place.
thumb_down Cons
- Lack of supervision in training
- Cliquey atmosphere
- High turnover rate
- High burnout rate
Leadership became disconnected
Initially was a great place with a strong mission and supportive environment. Over time, leadership became disconnected, turnover skyrocketed, and morale dropped. I experienced micromanagement. Priorities shifted more toward business growth than the well-being of employees or children.
thumb_up Pros
- Initially strong mission
thumb_down Cons
- Leadership disconnected
- Turnover skyrocketed
- Morale dropped
- Micromanagement
- Business growth prioritized over staff well-being
Inadequate training and absent management
Training is limited to only two day training meetings where bosses tell you what to do, and you're thrown with a client on day three by yourself with no instruction and no supervision. Management is never present, and when they are, they are in an office with the door closed all day.
thumb_down Cons
- Inadequate training
- Thrown in with clients too soon
- Absent management
- No supervision
