Low pay and wage inequity
New hires make more than the people that have been there the longest. Not a livable wage.

Tight-knit family company with growth opportunities
The company is owned by a mother and daughter which provides a tight knit feel. Staff can discuss ideas with the owners and be given opportunities to grow.

Good for new RBTs but pay is low
Great place to work especially if you're a new RBT. The job is fun but the pay is too low.

Trainers available but fieldwork preparation lacking
Trainers are available to answer questions and supervisors are quick to respond. However training does not prepare you for actual fieldwork. Pay is not great until certified.

Management cares about employees
Management really cares about their employees. Program managers and BCBAs are always ready to help and support you.

Long days with few billable hours
Even though out of the house for 10 hours a day, getting paid for only 6 hours because of only having two clients with three hours at each house.

They don't treat their employees with respect
They don't treat their employees with respect. Training without an RBT certification is not sufficient or helpful, and the pay is not great.

Outstanding training program
Outstanding training program with 2-4 weeks of personalized training depending on ABA experience. Excellent starting pay for those coming with RBT from other companies.
