Tight-knit family company with growth opportunities

The company is owned by a mother and daughter which provides a tight knit feel. Staff can discuss ideas with the owners and be given opportunities to grow.

Trainers available but fieldwork preparation lacking

Trainers are available to answer questions and supervisors are quick to respond. However training does not prepare you for actual fieldwork. Pay is not great until certified.

Long days with few billable hours
