Great company for ABA professionals
I work at the company part-time but would highly recommend ABS to anyone in the ABA field.

Directors care about their employees
The directors work hard to make sure their employees are taken care of. Therapists have fun in their job. Supervisors always allow staff to put their family first.
thumb_up Pros
- Caring directors
- Fun work environment
- Family-first culture
- Company-paid socials
- Free staff training
Excellent supervision and BCBA support
The BCBA meets with each child/client at least once a week. Supervisors are amazing and extremely helpful.
thumb_up Pros

Pros largely negated by the cons
The pros are largely negated by the cons. Leadership is generous and outgoing but makes it difficult for you to leave the company, even though there are red flags galore.
thumb_up Pros
- Generous leadership
- Outgoing culture
thumb_down Cons
- Difficult to leave
- Red flags in management
- Retention concerns
Leadership is impossible to work for
Leadership is impossible to work for because her standards are constantly shifting. Erratic, moody, and becomes completely unhinged before knowing all of the facts.
thumb_down Cons
- Erratic leadership
- Constantly shifting standards
- Unprofessional management behavior
Pay is okay but hours are an issue
Pay is okay but actual hours versus promised positions can be a problem. No pay for clients who are no-shows to sessions, and staff unlikely to make up those lost hours.
thumb_up Pros
- Decent base pay
thumb_down Cons
- No pay for client no-shows
- Hours not as promised
- Cannot make up lost hours
