No structure, poor communication, no values and no ethics. No respect to patients and employees. The worst workplace you could imagine. Just stay away.

Great compensation and career growth

Compensation is the highest I can find plus they will pay for graduate school if you want to pursue a career in ABA. ABLS offers great salaries, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. You can work on your BCBA and work full time at the same time.

Families make it worthwhile

Once you get to where they tell you to go the families make it all worth it. The kids are very cute and not as severely affected as in other places. A great place to learn ABA.

Mixed experience with driving challenges

You have to drive to children's houses. They reimburse mileage but don't compensate for travel time. Co-workers are kind and helpful with plenty of support for creating materials and program books.
