The work environment felt increasingly unhealthy due to consistent micromanagement, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. High turnover rate within management.

Lacking support from upper management
Support from upper management was lacking, leading to employees feeling overworked and under appreciated. Company takes on more clients while current clients don't even have a team yet.

High turnover rate and new policies put into place on a bi-weekly or weekly basis. Excused absences with a doctor's note still result in written warnings. Mandatory staff meetings not paid and conducted during client sessions.

Thrown in with little support
