Great local BCBAs and center-based work
BCBAs are local, kind, and knowledgeable. Admin is friendly and approachable. Clients are mostly center-based or a short drive from centers or your house. Diverse client schedule, not just 1 client for 40 hrs/wk.

Amazing company with supportive training
Amazing company to work for with very helpful and attentive supervisors in training. Multiple seasoned and experienced BCBAs to help guide toward competency. Centers are the best in the area.

Great work/life balance with guaranteed hours to help combat client cancellations. CEO is friendly and advocates for RBTs. However, leadership sometimes discusses employees in degrading ways and can be understaffed.
