Amazing kids, controlling work environment
Company cares more about money and liability than what's best for the kids. Input from an RBT who works with the kids directly is treated as challenging what the higher-ups think, even when they see the child once a week for 10 minutes. Unless you have a degree, don't expect to be respected as an employee.
