Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc. (ABC) is one of California's longest-operating ABA therapy providers, co-founded in 1987 by Dr. Joseph E. Morrow and Brenda Terzich-Garland in Sacramento. The company provides comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities across all ages. ABC is the developer of The R.E.A.L. Model (Recreating Environments to Accelerate Learning), a proprietary methodology for teaching skill generalization within ABA programming. The company operates seven centers across California — Sacramento, Elk Grove, Stockton/Central Valley, East Bay (Walnut Creek), Inland Empire (Ontario), North LA (Santa Clarita, Lancaster/Antelope Valley, Reseda) — plus three international centers in Singapore, Philippines, and Portugal. ABC operates as an employee-owned company through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) and is accredited by the California Department of Education for its school program.
