Guy Bruce holds an Ed.D. in Behavior Analysis in Human Resources from West Virginia University and a Master of Behavior Analysis from University of North Texas. He is a BCBA-D (Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral) with 16+ years of experience. Previously an Associate Professor of Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Author of 'Instructional Design Made Easy' and creator of the EARS and PARSE performance engineering processes. Has received multiple SABA International Development Grants for ProgressCharter development.
