Great ABA company with supportive leadership
Apex is a great ABA company and a wonderful place to work. Being an RBT isn't easy, no matter where you go, but Apex gives you the tools needed to succeed. The owners and all the BCBAs are supportive and fantastic to work with.

Good pay and free RBT training
They reimburse you for getting your RBT Certification and provide the 40-hour training for free. Good pay range for starting out.

Good but limited geographic coverage
Good company but mostly focuses services on the western side of the state. Working at the clinic can drag out the days with clients sometimes requiring 2-3 hours after school hours.
