About Annapolis Children's Therapy Center
Annapolis Children's Therapy Center LLC is a therapist-owned pediatric outpatient therapy practice founded in 2000 by Renee Hillmann Prentice, a pediatric physical therapist with over 30 years of experience. The center provides occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology services for infants through adolescents across three Maryland locations: Annapolis, Odenton, and a farm-based facility in Harwood (Wind's Home Farm). ACTC emphasizes evidence-based, individualized therapeutic interventions with a family-centered approach, collaborating with schools, physicians, and community members. Specialty services include craniosacral therapy, hippotherapy, nature-based therapy, feeding therapy, social skills training, executive functioning coaching, handwriting assistance, bowel and bladder management, independent educational evaluations, and telehealth options. While some staff members have training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, ACTC is primarily a PT/OT/Speech therapy practice and does not position itself as a dedicated ABA therapy provider.
