Amazing Strides of New Jersey is an ABA therapy provider founded in 2018 by Lindsay Masker, BCBA, in Sparta, NJ. The company provides compassionate, evidence-based, neuroaffirming Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with autism across North New Jersey. Their highly trained staff use ABA principles to help children increase communication and language skills, play and leisure skills, social and conversational skills, and independence with self-care tasks while reducing problematic behaviors. Therapy is described as fun, play-based, and tailored to each child's interests and strengths. Each child's program is designed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services are provided in-home, at preschools, daycares, and in community locations, with flexible scheduling including days, evenings, and weekends. Lindsay Masker founded the company after working for various agencies as both a paraprofessional and BCBA, with the goal of providing the highest quality ABA services to children with autism.
