Already Autism Health (formerly Autism Behavioral Institute LLC) is a multi-state ABA therapy provider founded in 2020 by veteran behavioral health executive Derek Bullard in Savannah, Georgia. The company provides comprehensive, evidence-based autism services including in-home and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, diagnostic assessments, social skills programs, and care navigation for children with autism spectrum disorder. Bullard previously founded Access Family Services (sold in 2014) and served as CEO of Siskin Children's Institute before reuniting his former leadership team to launch AAH. The company has experienced rapid growth, ranking #132 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 with 2,607% three-year revenue growth. In January 2025, Already Autism Health received private equity investment from Triton Pacific Healthcare Partners (majority shareholder), Star Mountain Capital, and Ace & Company. The company simultaneously acquired Commonwealth ABA (15 clinics in GA, IN, KY, VA) and CABS Autism Services (4 facilities in GA and IL), expanding into seven states. AAH is accredited by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) and operates a hybrid care model with approximately 70% home-based and 30% clinic-based services, though the company is transitioning toward a 50/50 model.
