About ALP - Children's Learning Connection
Children's Learning Connection (CLC) is an interdisciplinary pediatric therapy provider founded in 2000 in Orange County, California by two Speech and Language Pathologists. CLC offers ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social skills groups, and early intervention programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The company operates three clinic locations across Orange County (Orange, Huntington Beach, and Laguna Hills) and also provides home-based and telehealth services. CLC was acquired by Autism Learning Partners (ALP) and operates as a subsidiary/brand under ALP, which is itself backed by private equity firm FFL Partners (acquired in January 2018 for $270M+). Despite its affiliation with ALP, CLC maintains its own brand identity, website, and local leadership team. CLC distinguishes itself through its interdisciplinary treatment model, where ABA, speech, OT, and PT services are purposefully coordinated rather than provided in isolation.
