About Alora Behavioral Health
Alora Behavioral Health (formerly Howard Chudler & Associates) is an ABA therapy provider founded in 1983 in Southern California. Originally established to provide counseling and support for substance use disorders, the organization evolved over the years to focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior interventions for children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. In 2022, the company rebranded from Howard Chudler & Associates to Alora Behavioral Health following a PE investment by Enhanced Healthcare Partners and Ares Management, which brought expanded services, new leadership, and geographic expansion. The company primarily delivers in-home and community-based ABA therapy and also offers a Campus Life program for post-high school transitions and crisis/urgent response services. Alora operates across Southern California (Los Angeles, Inland Empire, San Diego, Santa Clarita), Arizona, and Colorado (Denver), and was named a 2025 Preferred Partner by the Autism Society of Colorado.
