About Allied Rehab
Allied Rehab (formally Allied Rehabilitation Services, Inc.) is a multi-discipline outpatient rehabilitation clinic founded in 1987 in Wake Forest, NC by Teresa F. Hale, PT. The practice provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services for patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Originally established to support the need for outpatient and in-home physical therapy for patients treated at major Raleigh medical facilities, the clinic quickly expanded into a full-service rehabilitation center. Allied Rehab specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation (stroke and head injury), vestibular rehabilitation, pediatric therapy (including sensory integration and developmental delays), and speech-language services (including feeding, stuttering, and social communication). The clinic is now part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners and operates under the Peak Performance brand, though it continues to serve the Wake Forest community at the same location. Note: Allied Rehab is primarily a PT/OT/Speech therapy practice and does not appear to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services.
