You learn a lot and they are supportive in terms of supervisors. Flexible schedule, monthly and surprise bonuses, pay raises, PTO, paid training, and good salary.

Travel is part of being a BHT
The company keeps you in one area and doesn't force you to take cases you don't want. Travel is part of being a BHT but they try to minimize it.

Don't get paid unless working with a client and aren't reimbursed for travel. The schedule is flexible but unpredictable as client cancellations mean no pay. No benefits or travel reimbursement.
