Fallen in love with my job
I have been working here at APF for a short time 3 months and have fallen in love with my job. It makes it so easy to get up in the morning to come to work every day when you actually love your job! The best part of the day is knowing that you are directly involved in making a difference.

High turnover and management issues
High turnover with concerns about unequal treatment and feeling tracked through monitoring systems. Employees not paid as much as they deserve and people with years of experience get paid the same amount as people with no experience.

Difficult working conditions
Very difficult to get a break throughout an 8-hour shift. Some supervisors don't care about employees as people and find reasons to write them up. Inconsistent training between supervisors.
