Wonderful place to work for 5 years
Been with the company for 5 years and love the supportive and rewarding culture. The company cares about the children they support, and supervisors help staff grow and listen to them.

Lack of Support and Poor Management
Management did not emphasize how the work was helpful for the kids. Concerns about being underpaid and not having hours tracked properly. Advised to keep track of hours worked with proof.

If you quit before 90 days the company will keep your last check to pay for training. Being thrown into situations with clients you haven't trained with.
