Working here has been a great overall experience. Incredibly supportive team, positive and encouraging environment focused on client success. Approachable management that genuinely cares about the well-being of both clients and staff.

Client supported environment with plenty of supports from the company
Company offered full-time hours and BCBA was always available for support. Recommended for new RBTs. The company is amazing and super helpful, constantly answers work-related questions. Appreciate company events.

Pay concerns and limited raises
The company pays what they want and doesn't believe in giving raises. When employees ask about raises, management reacts negatively. Little to no extra money and minimal support.
