About AIM Behavior Services
AIM Behavior Services provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach. Founded in 2016 by Lance Havens, BCBA, the organization operates from the philosophy that autism is a unique set of individual strengths rather than a condition requiring a cure. Services include ABA therapy (home-based, clinic-based, school-based, and telehealth), diagnostic evaluations, early intervention, social skills training, parent support and training, school support, and adult services. AIM operates learning centers in Oceanside and Chula Vista (CA), a Clovis/Fresno (CA) location, a Boise (ID) region office, and a Chesterfield (VA) learning center. The team includes BCBAs and RBTs serving clients ages 0-99 with bilingual (English/Spanish) capacity. AIM holds BHCOE accreditation and is an ACE authorized continuing education provider.
