AIM Behavior Services provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach. Founded in 2016 by Lance Havens, BCBA, the organization operates from the philosophy that autism is a unique set of individual strengths rather than a condition requiring a cure.
