Amazing group of people with best leadership
Amazing group of people! Best leadership group I have ever worked with. Workplace concerns are taken seriously, and leaders really do care about providing a high standard of ABA therapy!

Incredible BCBAs and training opportunities
The kids and BCBAs here are incredible. The trainers are incredible and you will truly learn more and be challenged more than any other field. The environment and therapy provided is top notch and the RBTs there are super invested.

FANTASTIC ABA with great supervision
FANTASTIC ABA with great training and supervision requirements above standard. There are always BCBAs around to help or answer questions which is uncommon at other centers. The ranch environment is fun with the opportunity to get outside.

- Management organization could improve
Management lacks structure
Management is very unorganized and lacks needed structure. Employees are not always treated with respect and concerns are often ignored. No health benefits other than worker's comp. Wages have not changed to reflect economy or inflation.
