Incredibly rewarding work with supportive company
I worked one-on-one with children with autism in their homes and found it incredibly rewarding. The company treats employees well and is very flexible with individual needs while paying well for the position in Utah.

Supportive and flexible with things like time off and scheduling. Work both in-home and in clinic settings with opportunities to make a difference in the lives of kids with autism.

Good work but hours can be inconsistent
The work with kids is great but difficult getting more hours as new cases would often drop services before starting. No reimbursement for miles or drive time even though technicians must drive out to clients' homes.

Understanding management and good benefits
Management is understanding and helpful. The company offers medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, as well as PTO and tuition reimbursement for selected BCBA interns.
