The company shifted from facility-based staffing to personalized in-home care and now operates across Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington State with approximately 500+ employees. Services include personal care, skilled nursing, physical therapy, catastrophic rehabilitation, hospice, respiratory care, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through its subsidiary Rebound Home and Community Therapy (acquired in 2014). The Rebound ABA program provides 15-35 hours per week of RBT-delivered therapy with 2-3 hours of weekly BCBA supervision, serving individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, and community settings. ABA is one component of a much broader home health and hospice organization.
