Best Organization in the Field
With 3+ years in the field, AwA is perhaps the best organization I have worked for. For the first time in my professional career, I'm excited and energized about going to work. The company has provided a safe space to grow as a human and as a professional. The heart of the company focus is client and staff well being.

Amazing Place of Employment
An amazing place of employment where they were very happy working with the BCBA and all employees. Everyone at the company really cares about the kids and the work being done.

Toxic Work Environment
Toxic work environment where people constantly complained about issues they had with management either bullying or lying to them. The kids are fantastic but the management and ownership make the job so draining. Good days are overshadowed by constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Low Pay and High Turnover
Compensation is far less than deserved for the work. Vast difference between actual duties and job descriptions. Low pay, minimal time off due to lack of staffing, low staffing, and high turnover rate.

Management Can Micromanage and Belittle Staff
Management can micromanage and belittle staff, though the kids are fantastic. Poor training on serious topics surrounding children's care.
