Advanced Therapy is poorly managed and employees are mistreated. They will overwork you and take advantage of you. Major lack of communication from admin to employees, with questions being unanswered and ignored.

Management is terrible with no structure
Management is terrible with no structure. Workers are asked to add new cases with little notice. Compensation is very low with little to no raises. Questionable practices.

Pay and benefits are insultingly poor, with no consideration for work/life balance and few to no opportunities for advancement. Servicing as many children as possible is the top priority, meaning therapists are overbooked and pulled in different directions across multiple schools.

Schedule works great, competitive for school-based
