Great staff, amazing clients, and the organization offers a lot for the clients. The work can be physically and emotionally demanding with low pay compensation.

Management issues and ethics concerns
Management doesn't tell the truth about things. Some decent people work here, but leadership needs to retrain everyone on the value of good ethics.

Adelbrook is a really good place to grow and work. Team members and students feel like family and friends. Supportive management with genuine care for students.

High turnover and overworked staff
Very high turnover for employees. Management is rude and staff are overworked with inadequate pay. Leadership feels disconnected and dismissive toward staff.
