Extraordinary company that goes above and beyond for employees. RBT support is unlike any other ABA clinic experienced. Everyone at AFL is supportive, caring, and nurturing.

Management worked with flexible scheduling needs and encouraged career advancement in ABA. Clinic described as an example of what all ABA clinics should be, sensitive to individual needs of both clients and staff.

Management issues and broken promises
Management promising employees the world but never following through. Upper management rolling out changes that negatively impact RBTs, cutting non-billable hours, not guaranteeing hours, leading to loss of RBTs.

Leadership doesn't care about well-being of RBTs. Workplace is extremely understaffed and overworked. No support for behaviors. Management lacking in all areas and very unorganized.
