Supportive administration
Everyone from Administration down is very supportive, hard working and truly wants to see you succeed. Flexible schedule, great communication, cares about the child and family, makes sure staff is properly trained.

Hours not guaranteed
Hours were supposed to be full time but were terrible from the beginning. Clients would cancel and call administration, but administration would not inform staff until they had already made the commute. Pay was okay but having no hours doesn't compensate.

Phenomenal workplace culture
The workplace culture at Ad Astra is phenomenal. Every employee truly cares about one another regardless of work position. Working as an RBT has been a very positive and rewarding experience with thorough training, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Fun and respectful work environment
Directors are approachable and genuinely caring about employees. The workplace feels more like a family than just a workplace. Supervisors are great at communicating and providing support when needed.

The CEO supports almost all projects and looks to create positive and radical change in the field. Work day is balanced and productive with clear expectations and flexibility.

Good company with scheduling challenges
Like most ABA companies, the hours are part time and hard to come by more hours. They do try to replace hours if a client cancels. Overall a positive experience.
