Good starter job in ABA with training
One of the best ABA places. Organized, communicative, and positive team that wants to set you up for success. Company pays for the RBT exam with extensive training provided. Great clients and support from the clinical team.

Insufficient training and supervision. No supplies given and reprimanded for creating supplies even with supervisor authorization. Lowered educational standards for administrative positions. Issues with administrator behavior.

Received unmanageable caseloads of 170+ billable hours. Not ethical and clients did not receive the care they needed. Staff is overworked and highly underpaid.

Low hours, low pay, and cancellations that lead to even fewer weekly hours. Good starter job for the ABA field but the hours are inconsistent. Not significantly overworked compared to other companies.

HQ not in touch with regional needs
Pay is fine with less overwork compared to other companies. However, headquarters in Orange County isn't in touch with Inland Empire needs. High BT turnover. Lack of support in some regions.
