Rare to find a company that truly respects work-life balance, allows setting your own schedule, and trusts you to do your job without micromanagement. Very happy with the flexibility offered.

Good pay and supportive environment
Pay is pretty good, scheduling flexibility, professionalism. The training and team support help RBTs feel prepared and valued. Communication is strong with regular check-ins from client coordinators.

Not my favorite
Hours can be unpredictable and most of the management and BCBA supervision is handled online. Some BCBAs and management are not local.
