Flexible administration but independent contractor concerns

The administration is super flexible with hours and very responsive to employee questions and concerns. However, all therapists are employed as independent contractors with no compensation for client cancellations, no sick days, and no paid vacation.

Insufficient hours as independent contractor

Never received enough hours as an independent contractor. Asked for 20 hours a week but was only given 10 hours with frequent run-around when asking about more hours.
