Great experiences since joining
Have had nothing but great experiences since joining Achieve Center. The friendly staff makes coming to work each day fun and easy. Management is easy to talk to and work with. Work somewhere that helps children every day.

Let go without warning
Was let go without any warning or answers as to why. Experienced back stabbing and management issues. Constant changes in the way procedures are done.

Professional environment
Very professional environment where all employees are respectful of one another, care about one another, and are always willing to help. All therapists are employed as independent contractors with flexible scheduling. Not compensated for client cancellations, no sick days, no paid vacation as a contractor. Full-time employees get PTO and are paid during Spring and Christmas breaks.
