Great place to work with some compensation concerns
Very organized company that truly cares about its employees. Management is helpful and welcoming, and communication is very open. Staff are friendly with emphasis on promotion from within. However, compensation is a recurring concern with limited raises over time.

Rewarding work but pay concerns
Worked at the company for about 7 years and received only one raise in pay. Stayed because of the children and the rewarding nature of the job, but the pay is not good compared to other agencies.

Company described as toxic, prioritizing profits over clients and staff, with a high turnover rate. Upper administration and office staff only care about billable sessions and paperwork. Working 6 days a week without ability to take on additional cases.

Great coworkers, clients, and family. Super flexible hours. Culture outside of just the work side of things. Everyone cares about the wellbeing of the kids and the employees.
