Employees are overworked. The company starts by giving small tasks and then permanently makes them part of your position. Promises of promotion are not always honored.

Very organized with clear expectations and well-documented processes. Management communicates clearly and promotes from within. Amazing people who truly love helping others.

Pay has not kept up over the years
Worked for about 7 years and received only one raise. Pay is not good compared to other agencies that offer more benefits and resources. Some managers bad-mouth each other to employees.

Great benefits and the company is always looking for ways to give back to employees. Culture outside of just the work side of things is strong. Emphasis on promotion from within.

Beware of increasing workload
Working normal 8 hours does not keep up with demands of the job. People are often staying late to get work done with no recognition or thanks. High turnover is common.
