Poor management and training

The owner presents as dedicated during phone interview but never introduced herself when in the office. Training is scant and provided in a half-hearted manner. The RBT manager will correct you then throw the trainer under the bus. Policy changes around time off and seniority were handled poorly.

Awful and chaotic workplace

This place is awful, unorganized, and chaotic with unprofessional management. The CEO is very unprofessional and rude and has been heard talking about staff in the office. RBTs are not heard or seen. Clients leave frequently because the company cannot keep BCBAs, and RBTs leave constantly as well.

Exciting at first but deteriorated
