Not your typical ABA center
ACE is not your typical ABA center. They prioritize making sure the kids feel comfortable first to set them up for success. The environment is wonderful and the staff is amazing. There is so much support.

Great benefits and supportive environment
Free daycare for staff and great benefits. Plenty of PTO, paid holidays, flexible schedule when needed. Free on-site employee daycare. Management is understanding when personal issues come up. You accrue PTO very fast.

Good small clinic to break into ABA
It's a small clinic where everyone works together to provide the best quality of therapy. BCBA and Leads doors are always open for questions and help. Nice way to break into the ABA field. Employees receive a $1.00 raise when they get their RBT license.

Management concerns and high turnover
The management team is young, inexperienced and will threaten your job. This clinic has lost more than half of its staff in less than 3 months.
