Meaningful work with great flexibility
Behavior analysts get a great PTO package, good pay, and flexibility which leads to great work/life balance. The company cares about their individuals and employees.

No yearly raises and high turnover
There are no yearly raises, not even something small like 10 cents. Upper management struggles with organization and communication. In the course of 6 years they have had 9 behavior analysts leave.

Owner cares but pay is lacking
The owner truly cares about the company, employees, and clients. However, pay rates are concerning and many employees need second jobs. Travel requirements and vehicle wear and tear are additional concerns.

Supervisors are available to help employees learn and correct mistakes without belittling them. The work is meaningful and you feel like you make a difference with awesome coworkers.
