Excellent admin and management support
Accelerate has the best of the best support when it comes to admin, scheduling, and management. They are tight knit, BCBA owned and operated, and vouch for not only the BCBAs but the RBTs are treated kindly. They understand and value work/life balance.

Great cancellation pay policy
Last minute cancellation pay is great! No other behavioral company does this. An excellent place to work if you love working with families and children. The best feeling is knowing that you are making a change in the lives of the children and families you work with.

Communication and management issues
Employee was moved between cases and eventually terminated due to 'lack of clientele' despite being told otherwise. Environments were negative and gossipy. Company fails to tell employees that pay is bi-monthly until in training.
