Great place to work with caring owner
It was a great place to work. The owner was very great to her employees and really values their schedules. Clients were treated very fair and consistently.

Good services but management issues
The job taught a lot about ABA and the company provides high quality services. BCBAs and RBTs are for the most part well-trained and hard-working. However, the work environment in regards to management/administrative policies was not the greatest. Compensation is pretty unpredictable.

Rewarding work but job security concerns
The work is rewarding and the clients are great, but job security and management structure leave something to be desired. Just asking for an adjustment to your schedule makes you an outcast.
